Days 2 Nights Adventure
Day
1:
Your
Fraser Island adventure begins with your pickup from Hervey Bay, we head
out to River heads and go across on the barge to Wangoolba Creek.
After
a 30 minute crossing we head down the track to Central Station for morning
tea and a walk through the rainforest area to Pile Valley. Following a
relaxing walk we take a drive down to Lake Birrabeen, where you can enjoy
beach volleyball, cricket, frisbee throwing or just relaxing back on a
tube in the relaxing crystal clear waters.

Then we trek down to Dilli Village, before
heading up the beach to Eurong Beach Resort and checking into our
accommodation, where you can either, go for a swim or spa, or sit back
and have a relaxing drink before dinner at the Resort restaurant.
After your evening meal you can either
retire to your room, or head down to the beach bar and soak up some of
the atmosphere or test your vocal chords on the Karaoke machine.

Day 2:
Your day
starts with a continental breakfast, prepared by your guide, before
heading off up the beach to see as much as possible in one day.
Over the
course of the day, we stop and visit the Coloured Sands, Maheno
Shipwreck, Eli Creek, Rainbow Gorge, Indian Head and the Champagne
Pools. We also have a beautiful Aussie BBQ at Indian Head (Vegetarians
catered for). Don't forget all the beach fun things with frisbee,
cricket, tubes.
On
arrival back at the resort we can enjoy a pre dinner drink before
throwing ourselves into the inviting warmth of the spa before heading
off to the restaurant for dinner, and then back to the beach bar for
some more fun and games. |

Day 3:
After
being served your continental breakfast by your guide, we head up the
beach to Lake Wabby. After a 45 minute walk over the Hammerstone
Sandblow, we dive into the cool pristine waters of Lake wabby.
After a
couple of hours of swimming, walking and enjoying the sunshine, we head
back to the resort and enjoy our delicious buffet lunch at the resort
restaurant. After
lunch we head over to Basin Lake and enjoy a nice walk and swim before
heading back to the barge for our return Home. |
